Each of the 8 T-shirts in the “Help Heal Japan” collection are priced at $20 with $15 of each purchase going directly to World Vision’s Japan Disaster Relief Fund. The black and lavender tops are available online and in her NY stores and 100% of the proceeds from the sales of the shirts—Black—$20 and the Lavender—$40 , $20 of which will go to benefit Japan’s disaster relief. Model Tao Okamoto on Japan Relief
Japanese Model Tao Okamoto reaches out with an appeal in regard to the recent Catastrophe that is still happening now.
“When the quake happened I was in Tokyo with my family. We are very used to having earthquakes but I never felt I could die from that.
…We turned on the TV and saw [a] much worse, horrible story. We couldn’t believe what was happening not so far from our city. 6900 people died and still missing [are] a million people. And then the nuclear power problem…we are still in fear…I want to tell Japan that a lot of people in the world are encouraging us and helping us. We are not alone.
